How to play Paintball Fight

Your first round, step by step

1. Start at your private base

You spawn at your own base with a Paint Pistol. This is your safe place to come home to. Other players' bases are hidden from you, and yours is hidden from them.

2. Find better guns and ammo

Guns and ammo spawn all across the island. 100 guns and 500 ammo are live across 1,266 spots. Grab what you find on the way. Watch for hidden one-time loot boxes too.

3. Hunt for gold

About 30 pieces of gold are live on the map at a time. Find one and pick it up. Earn map gold by extracting or by selling loot. Gear and shop products can also be found in the world or bought with gold or Robux.

4. Now everyone knows

Picking up gold alerts every player, and you show on the map. Move fast and use cover. Plan your route home before you grab it.

5. Get it home for 100 gold

Carry the gold back to your base crate to bank 100 gold. Banked gold is safe. Then go again.

If you go down

If you die while carrying map gold, you drop that gold. Someone else can grab it. Round insurance keeps your stuff when you die. You respawn at your base after 3 seconds.

Five tips for your first gold

1. Stay with your squad.
2. Plan your route home before you grab gold.
3. Hunt carriers when you see them on the map.
4. Use the cave and cabins for cover.
5. Sell spare loot when you need gold fast (30% of value).
